Lewiston-Altura Memorial Update | Community Spirit

We have an update on plans for a memorial garden dedicated to three southeast Minnesota girls killed in a crash last year.

Rough spring weather made it difficult for students at Lewiston-Altura High School to start a memorial garden.

School officials say they are hoping to break ground in early October.

The garden was planned by students in the high school's landscape design class.

It will feature a walkway that branches into three separate paths, one for each.
